You will ensure Strongmb operates within applicable regulations and partner requirements, helping us maintain strong risk and compliance standards across platform services.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable regulations and partner policies
- Conduct KYC and AML reviews
- Maintain compliance documentation and reports
- Train internal teams on regulatory requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations
- Experience in fintech compliance is an advantage
You will analyze customer and transaction data to support product decisions, pricing, and service quality across Strongmb's bill payment platform.
- Analyze transaction data and customer usage patterns
- Produce financial models and reports
- Support pricing and margin analysis for services
- Identify risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
You will be the first point of contact for Strongmb users, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat
- Resolve transaction disputes and escalate when needed
- Document recurring issues and share feedback with the product team
- Maintain fast response times and high satisfaction scores
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Experience in customer support is an advantage
You will keep Strongmb's day-to-day operations running smoothly, coordinating between teams, managing vendors, and ensuring service quality.
- Coordinate daily operational workflows across departments
- Monitor service provider uptime and escalate issues
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations, logistics, or project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You will build and manage Strongmb's people processes, from hiring and onboarding to culture, performance, and retention.
- Lead recruitment across all departments
- Design onboarding and employee development programs
- Manage performance review cycles
- Foster a positive remote work culture
- Experience in HR or people operations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with remote teams is a plus
You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and design, and ensure Strongmb continues to deliver a best-in-class experience for Nigerian users.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Gather and synthesize user feedback into product decisions
- Work with developers and designers to ship features
- Track product metrics and iterate based on data
- 2+ years experience in product management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in fintech or consumer apps preferred
